OUC students are eligible to live in on-campus housing in the International House.
The international house, a modern 3 story facility, built in 1999, is designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. International House is less than a 5 minute walk from the center of campus.

International House is comprised of 38 single person efficiency units (and 3 double room family units), each with a kitchenette, a bath, and a toilet. There is also a common area for group activities.
Each single room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a book shelf, a refrigerator, a closet, a gas range, a gas water heater, a gas heater, an intercom, sockets for a television connection, and lighting. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in a common laundry room.
International students must pay a security deposit including moving-out cleaning fee upon moving-in. Students also pay a modest boarding fee each month. The remaining of the deposit will be refunded upon moving out.

On campus there are three options: a cafeteria, a Western-style café (with a European/Mexican ambience), and a co-op convenience store that sells sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. Both the cafeteria on the first floor and, especially, the café on the second floor command beautiful panoramic views of Otaru and Ishikari Bay. IC cards (electronic money) can be used in cafeteria and the co-op shop.
